Qnify provides a school management and automation platform that includes but is not limited to: student information management, attendance tracking, fee management, communication tools, learning management, and analytics (“Service”).

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

5. Data Protection

  • Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for student data
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qnify
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent
  • You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service

7. Payment Terms

  • Fee structures and pricing will be communicated separately
  • All payments are due as per the agreed schedule
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qnify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
